What are you really deciding?
Books, essays, research, ventures, and counsel on consequential choices.
Decisions begin before we decide. Long before a choice is made, something quieter has already happened: what we notice, what we overlook, what we assume, what we believe is possible, and how the situation in front of us has been framed. Together, these shape the choices that appear available to us, and the ones that never cross our minds. My work explores that earlier territory: the ground where interpretation has not yet become judgment, judgment has not yet become strategy, and strategy has not yet become action.
